Did you know that the sun is vital for the production of vitamin D? And sufficient amounts of vitamin D levels cannot be achieved through your diet or supplements?

Just one session in a tanning bed or around 10 minutes outside (depending on the position of the sun) can produce around 20,000 IU of Vitamin D.

If you tried getting that amount through food or pills you would either:
